Have you ever wondered what your purpose is? why are you here? our purpose is different from our job or even our career, sometimes it may earn you money, but sometimes it does not.
The true meaning of purpose is this: When you are doing it you feel complete and total peace in the knowledge that this is what you are meant to be doing.
One of the major causes of depression is not following your purpose or your hearts desire, following what others want us to do rather than what we want to be doing, for many people, they have not even been given the chance to find what it is that they like doing as they have always done what other wanted them to do perhaps it is something like ( always wanted to be an actress, work with children, write a book etc etc)
During this session I will guide you to find what your purpose what is it that your heart truly desires, you may vine discover something about yourself that you never even knew.

Healing the Vortex/ Command Cell Therapy
We have 50 trillion cells in our body which are influenced by our environment, not only that but they also respond to our thoughts.
WHY DO PEOPLE NOT HEAL?
Once an intuitive doctor had a unique perspective on why people do not heal. He used to think that everyone wanted to be healed. And he came to the conclusion that "Healing is very unattractive"
Impediments to healing include giving up living in the past, ceasing to be a victim, and fear of change. Directing thought and energy into the past diverts the vital force from the cells and organs that need that energy to function and heal.
Healing requires living in the present, recovering the energy of the traumas and wounds of the past. He says that the only reason to feed and keep the past alive is because of the bitterness of what happened.
Refusing to forgive an event or a person from the past produces energy leaks from the body. Forgiveness heals those leaks. Forgiveness has nothing to do with not holding others responsible for the injuries they caused. It has more to do with "freeing ourselves from the perception of the victim".
When we can see a painful act as part of the process of life, as a message or a challenge instead of a personal betrayal, the vital energy flows back into the energy circuits of the physical body.
We have the ability to heal our bodies and our emotional wounds through our minds.
During this session we will speak directly to your cells and activate healing not only at a physical but at an emotional level too.


Bring out the cheerleader/coach in you
We are all born with this inner coach/cheerleader active and alive within us. The belief that we can do anything and achieve anything we want in life, however somewhere alongtheu way, we loose that belief, through unmet needs.
Almost all of us have unmet needs that originate from our childhood, perhaps it was the need for love, safety, support, recognition, praise, connection, significance or nurture that were not met. We were dependent as children and we could not possibly meet those needs by ourselves and so we form beliefs that go something like this: “ My needs are not met, I can’t do it myself and they will never be met for the rest of my life”, this may start just as a thought, but as we become adults it soon turns into a fixed habit of thought and a fixed belief that starts to run our everyday life. As adults we then search for those needs to be met, by others either a boss, a relationship, material possessions etc
But the truth is no one can meet all our needs, nor can we meet all of someone else’s needs. We have to meet our own needs, as we uncover what our unmet needs are, we can then bring out the inner coach/cheerleader than has resides inside all of us, the one that knows it can do anything, achieve anything, knows it is limitless.
So the question is what are your unmet needs? in order to heal and change our beliefs we first have to acknowledge them.
During this session you will discover what your unmet needs are, what was not available to you as a child and once you have identified it, you can then change the belief around and bring out the cheerleader/coach within you that can accomplish all and do it all.

I will also talk to you about the difference between Self-Regulation and Relaxation and teach you tools that can help you in your interactions in everyday life.
